These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fund Explorer (the "Service"), operated by Cairalabs. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Fund Explorer provides AI-assisted research and educational information about mutual funds based on the preferences you supply. The Service generates rankings, scores and projections to help you research funds. It does not place trades or hold your money.

2. Not investment advice

Cairalabs is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, broker or distributor. Content provided through the Service is for general informational and educational purposes only and must not be construed as investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or as a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security.

• •Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully.
• •Past performance is not indicative of future results. Projections are illustrative, not guaranteed.
• •You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Consult a qualified financial adviser before investing.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Credits & payments

• •The Service offers a limited number of free searches. Additional searches require purchasing credit packs.
• •Credits are a digital, one-time purchase, are non-transferable, and do not expire.
• •Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Dodo Payments. We do not store your card details.
• •Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may include applicable taxes. We may change prices prospectively at any time.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• •Scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, its data or outputs without permission.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, is owned by Cairalabs and protected by applicable laws. Fund data may originate from third-party sources and remains the property of its respective owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial research.

7. Third-party data & links

Fund information (such as NAV, returns, expense ratios and AUM) is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data and are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any result obtained will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cairalabs and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any investment losses, loss of profits or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cairalabs from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability and intellectual property terms) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Coimbatore, Tamilnadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
