Cancellation & Refunds

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for credit purchases on Fund Explorer. Please read it before buying a credit pack.
Digital, instant delivery
Credit packs are digital goods that are delivered to your account immediately after your payment is confirmed. Because credits are made available instantly and never expire, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once credits have been added to your account.
No subscriptions
Fund Explorer does not use subscriptions or auto-renewing plans. Every purchase is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges. You are only ever charged when you choose to buy a pack.
When we will issue a refund
We will review and, where appropriate, refund payments in cases such as:
- •You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error (duplicate charge).
- •Your payment succeeded but credits were not added to your account and we are unable to resolve it.
- •A clear, verifiable billing error attributable to us.
When we cannot issue a refund
- •Credits have already been used (in whole or in part).
- •You changed your mind after credits were delivered.
- •Dissatisfaction with the recommendations, which are research/educational outputs and not guaranteed results.
How to request a refund
Email navprabhat.k@cairalabs.com within 7 days of the transaction with your account email and the payment/order reference. We aim to respond within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via our payment processor, Dodo Payments, and may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or card issuer.
